On Thursday evening, June 17th, we took a family break at the restaurant La Terrasse du Mimosa which is located in the heart of the village, right on the Place de l'Horloge and a few meters from our guest house La Dolce Vita. Excellent restaurant with original, tasty, well presented dishes: a clever mix of traditional flavours and new scents... It is a place where you should take the time to taste the dishes and the many local wines.
La Dolce Vita has personalised its table with a service to match the surroundings. A meticulous and talented work carried out by the ceramist Lydie Carbou. You can meet her at the Comptoir des Oxydes in Saint Jean de Fos. She is well worth a visit ...
